PropertyZ is a property management SaaS platform developed by Bouwen Legacy Limited, a Ugandan technology company founded in 2023. PropertyZ is built specifically for property managers, landlords, and real estate companies across Uganda — providing a complete digital system for managing residential apartments, commercial properties, and condominium buildings.
The platform enables property managers to handle rent collection, tenant management, maintenance workflows, and full financial reporting from one place. Property owners get a secure owner portal with real-time visibility into every payment, expense, and maintenance job, backed by monthly WhatsApp and email reports. Tenants enjoy a self-service portal for paying rent, logging faults, and downloading receipts.
PropertyZ also facilitates the sale and acquisition of land across Uganda, with full title verification, valuation, and transaction management through its integrated land registry.
