PropertyZ began with a simple vision: to bring order, transparency and professionalism to Uganda’s property market. What started as an idea in early 2025 has, in a little over a year, become a full property platform serving property seekers, landlords and managers.
PropertyZ was conceptualised — a vision to make finding, renting, buying and managing property in Uganda straightforward and trustworthy. We mapped out the platform, the verification processes and the people it would serve.
Through 2025 we designed, built and rigorously tested the platform end to end — verified listings, title checks, tenant and owner management, secure payments and real-time communication — refining it until it was ready for real users.
In 2026 PropertyZ went live, bringing verified property and land listings, full property management and instant agent chat to Uganda in one trusted platform — the start of a growing catalogue across Kampala and beyond.
We are only getting started. Our commitment is to make finding and acquiring property in Uganda straightforward, transparent and trustworthy — and we continue to invest in our verification processes, our people and our platform to serve every client better.
