Prime Properties was established in Kampala with a focus on residential apartment listings. Launched with a small catalogue of verified units in Ntinda and Naguru and a team of four property agents.
Expanded services to include land for sale following strong demand from clients. Established title verification protocols to ensure all plots listed had clean ownership documents before going public.
Opened coverage in Wakiso District and along the Entebbe Road corridor. Added dedicated agents for the region and reached 200 active listings for the first time.
Launched the Prime Properties website enabling property seekers to browse, filter by location and enquire online. Traffic and listing enquiries tripled within the first six months.
Introduced virtual viewing options during COVID-19 restrictions. Maintained service continuity by offering photo-verified listings and video calls with agents for remote clients.
Extended operations to Mukono District and the Jinja Road corridor, responding to growing demand for affordable residential plots and apartment rentals outside Kampala.
Surpassed 1,000 active and completed property listings across all four districts. Recognised by clients for accurate, up-to-date listings and quick agent response times.
Expanding listings further into greater Kampala suburbs and upcountry towns. Investing in improved search tools, more detailed property profiles and faster agent response systems.
